Lift Lab in Rayleigh is my own clinic, and it is where I do most of my hands-on work. I run sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, which means you can be treated properly without booking time off work.
Everything I offer is available here: sports massage at 45 minutes or a full hour, physiotherapy assessment and follow-ups, and the structured packages, from a simple block of follow-ups to the full Performance Rehab pathway with strength and conditioning built in. Because the clinic is mine, booking is at its most flexible in Rayleigh.
I am a specialist MSK physiotherapist, HCPC registered (PH140579), with an MSc in Physiotherapy and a BSc in Strength & Conditioning Science. Before clinic life I spent over seven years with Team GB Bobsleigh and worked in professional rugby at Leicester Tigers and Worcester Warriors, so rehab here is built around movement and performance, not just symptom relief.
